How it Works
✔️ Step 1: Apply – Complete our application so we can assess if we’re the right fit. Coaching is not first-come, first-served—we take athletes who are committed and ready to work and align with our values.
✔️ Step 2: Initial Consultation – If accepted, we’ll go over your goals, history, and current lifestyle. This helps us build your custom training & nutrition plan.
✔️ Step 3: Execute & Adjust – You follow the plan while we monitor your progress, making adjustments as needed. You provide checkins and feedback and we provide guidance and accountability every step of the way.
✔️ Step 4: Results & Growth – Our goal is to educate and empower you. We expect effort and communication, and in return, you get coaches who are invested in your success, even beyond our time together..

Jake Welch
Strength & Nutrition Coach | Engineer | Lifelong Student
Jake has been coaching since 2015, specializing in strength and nutrition for athletes of all levels. As an offshore engineer working 14-hour days, he understands how to build sustainable habits in challenging environments. His expertise lies in meeting clients where they are, creating adaptable plans that fit busy lives while still delivering results.

Jake understands what it means to overcome challenges. As an offshore engineer, he spends half his life in the middle of the ocean, working 14-hour days for 21-day stretches. Yet, he still finds a way to train, eat, and recover—because leading from the front means finding a way, not an excuse.
With over a decade of coaching experience, Jake’s strength lies in his ability to meet athletes where they are. He is highly adaptable, crafting individualized training and nutrition plans that work within each person’s reality—whether they’re competitive powerlifters, bodybuilders, or people simply trying to look and feel better.
Jake’s experience includes:

Amanda brings a deep understanding of movement, mindset, and lifestyle transformation. With certifications in nutrition, strength and conditioning, yoga, and meditation, plus a background in education and counseling, she takes a holistic approach—helping clients not just look better but feel better, build confidence, and stay consistent.
